Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated On-Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves visiting retail stores, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell Jain Bliss products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, relationship-building, and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit retail stores and distributors to pitch Jain Bliss products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and distribution partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product presence in assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners and distributors.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and tie-ups to increase visibility and sales.
  • Ensure timely placement of product displays and maintain product availability on shelves.
  • Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries, marketing support, and stock updates.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of field sales experience (FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Food industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable in on-ground activation and product demos.
