Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Project Manager to oversee and lead software development projects from conceptualization to execution. The role is based in Raipur, Chattisgarh, at our headquarters. Candidates will be expected to utilize their project management expertise within the IT Services and Consulting industry to ensure the successful delivery of high-level software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in software project management, demonstrating leadership in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of different software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, to best suit project needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to guide complex projects to successful completion.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective coordination among team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
• Must have the ability to manage and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Adept in working cross-functionally with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and proper resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Intellizone department to strategize and define optimal solutions for complex business requirements.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, driving the adoption of Agile methodologies.
• Identify project risks and issues, implementing resolution strategies to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with all stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing any concerns.
• Develop project plans and timelines, monitoring milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a collaborative environment, maximizing productivity and innovation.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes to extract lessons learned and apply improvements to future initiatives.
