Job Overview

Jain Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Project Manager to join our innovative team at our Raipur headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in software development project management, excellent leadership skills, and an aptitude for problem-solving. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring that project milestones are effectively met and that clients’ expectations are surpassed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in software project management in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team management.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA and Trello for efficient tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
• MBA or PMP certification is a plus and reflects strong project management skills.
• Experience with resource allocation and risk management ensures desired project outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular status meetings, supporting team alignment and problem resolution.
• Monitor changes and project constraints while communicating impact to stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project developments efficiently.
• Prepare project reports for the management team and clients as required.
