Jaglax Homes is looking for a&nbsp;Maintenance Associate&nbsp;for their Holiday Homestay property in Siolim -Goa Role and responsibilities:<ul><li>Repair guest rooms and public spaces as necessary - including but not limited to kitchen, electrical, and plumbing repairs</li><li>Have some knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/ Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)</li><li>Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of the property, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable</li><li>To undertake minor MEP work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotel</li><li>Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the property</li><li>Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, and any other maintenance needs at the building as needed</li></ul> Qualification:&nbsp;Diploma / 1-2 year's experience in the maintenance field in a similar setting. We are looking for a Butler to act as the main point of contact for our guests at our Villas in Siolim. The responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements and keeping guest rooms up to the villa and guest standards. Ultimately, you will help us provide the best possible experience for our guests during their stay.
