Job Overview
JadeQuest Consulting is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The HR Manager will support the organization by developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with our vision of shaping digital governance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate onboarding (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies to align with organizational needs (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing employee retention strategies and programs for long-term workforce stability (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to plan, manage, and drive robust employee engagement activities that foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Strong experience in managing employee onboarding processes ensuring smooth integration and compliance with company standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of performance management frameworks, including setting KPIs and conducting appraisals for continuous employee development.
- Detailed knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory compliances to ensure lawful and ethical organizational operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills enabling collaboration with employees at all levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency with company values and legal requirements.
- Manage and monitor employee retention initiatives, conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data for process improvement.
- Drive employee engagement activities, organizing events, wellness programs, and development workshops to enhance team morale.
- Ensure effective onboarding experiences for new hires, providing critical information and resources for smooth adaptation.
- Administer and oversee performance appraisal cycles, offering feedback and guidance to employees and leadership for performance enhancement.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance with all aspects of labor law, proactively adapting practices to legislative changes.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and promoting a positive company culture.
