Jalsa by Shreya is a USA based startup with an online store specializing in extremely

comfortable and high-quality ethnic wear for women in sizes up to 7XL.

www.jalsabyshreya.com. We are looking for a coordinator to manage and support end-to-

end operations in Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities

Inventory management: Track and manage inventory and coordinate courier/shipping of inventory to USA including quality check

Customer Service: Serve as primary point of contact for customers, respond to customer inquiries, provide product service information and recommendations, resolve complaints, request feedback and offer remarketing

Photoshoot: Work with production team to coordinate photoshoots; pick up and drop off, be on set when needed

Website: Manage website images and create copy for products

Social media: Assist in researching and developing monthly social media marketing plan

Project Management: Assist on any ongoing or new projects

Fashion Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

* Must be available to work morning/late evenings to coordinate with USA time zone

* Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

* Must have flexibility to work on weekends up on request

* Intermediate knowledge of social media

* Excellent customer service skills

* Salary: 20000 PM Negotiable

* Work Timings: Flexible
