Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage travel arrangements, data handling, and oversee various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Support:

Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient operations.

Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate facility maintenance.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.


2. Travel Management:

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Ensure timely processing of visas, travel insurance, and expense reimbursements.

Maintain detailed travel records and manage travel budgets efficiently.


3. Data Management:

Maintain and update confidential records, databases, and important company documents.

Organize and retrieve information for reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity while handling sensitive information.


4. Executive Assistance to CEO:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.

Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Admin Executive, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience of Travel Industry Preferable


Time: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Holidays: 2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays

Experience: 3 to 8 Years
