Key Responsibilities:

Lead Source Identification & Management:

  • Identify and evaluate new lead sources and channels (e.g., organic search, paid ads, social media, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize existing lead sources to improve lead volume and quality.
  • Maintain an updated list of effective lead sources and ensure they are aligned with company goals.


Lead Qualification & Segmentation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to segment leads based on their source and potential value.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to define lead qualification criteria.
  • Conduct regular lead quality assessments to ensure that leads from each source are of high value and likely to convert.


Proper Training will be provided to the freshers.
