We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs.You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will be designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms.</li><li>Single-handedly drive designs and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to that project.</li><li>Collaborate with teams of engineers and product managers throughout the design process to create user flows, wireframes &amp; build user-interface mockups and prototypes.</li><li>Simplify complex user interactions, highlight the product’s brand and unique personality</li><li>Evaluate and set best UI/UX best practices and standards.</li></ul>What will make you successful in this role? <ul><li>2+ years of experience in building user experiences in a B2C company.</li><li>The ability to empathize with the user through their journey and understand their needs.</li><li>You understand the importance of behavioral analytics and you go by data-driven decisioning when needed.</li><li>A deep understanding of the design process, experience using UX prototyping tools, as well as relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design.</li><li>Ability to communicate with users, researchers, product, and tech teams to ensure everyone understands what is needed.</li><li>Ability to ship products in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must have a portfolio/website/work on production showcasing the above skills.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Strong creative, design and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li></ul> Why should you join our tribe ?We believe that we are building a kind product which has not been done in decades.
