Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes..
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
