JOB ROLE:

● Drafting various pleas of civil nature, conducting and defending various civil suits, writ petitions, revision petitions, writ appeals, first appeals, second appeals, appeals before quasi-judicial authorities, tribunals & High court of Karnataka

● Provide services in appointing arbitrators through the High Court, conducting and defending arbitration proceedings, drafting of pleadings pertaining to arbitration proceedings

● Drafting and vetting various types of contracts, agreements and understandings customized for real estate sector

● Assisted clients in conducting legal due diligence before investing, acquiring, merging with corporate

● Advisory services to clients with respect to the mode of entry to the Indian market, FEMA guidelines, FDI policies based on sector specific guideline
