JOB ROLE:
A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. They are the primary point of contact for guests and are responsible for addressing any concerns, complaints or requests they may have.
The following are some of the key responsibilities of a Guest Relations Executive:
● Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with directing them to relevant stakeholder
● Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
● Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues in a calm and efficient manner
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and preferences
● Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, to ensure guest satisfaction The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. A background in hospitality or customer service is preferred
