Responsibilities for operations trainee

• Maintaining supplies for the animal rooms under quality control standards
• Sanitizing machines on daily basis
• Maintaining barrier room procedures, including changing into laboratory provided clothing
• Operates tunnel washers, bottle washing machines, decapping machines and rack washers
• Sanitizing soiled supplies and equipment into the CSA
• Organizes floor area receiving soiled materials and equipment through rapid roll doors
• Performs maintenance on pallets
• Quality control all materials and equipment to ensure optimal standards
• Insurance Operations knowledge
• Interaction with BCG stakeholders for operational activities (eg

Qualifications for operations trainee

• Act as the bridge to streamline the process of rolling out new procedure and system tools
• Team player for coordination among sales teams in various offices and also with IT groups
• Independent, outgoing, hardworking, self-motivated, good presentation skills
• Relocation upon completion of program maybe required
• Experience operating office equipment such as computers, calculators, and photocopiers
