We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for day to day operation at Coimbatore.
- Minimum Qualification should be a Diploma or Graduate with good communication skill.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call., if require want to do outgoing call as well
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Strong computer skills
- Must speak both English and Hindi
