We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator (Healthcare and Diagnostics) who will be responsible for day to day Logistics operation at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking samples, such as plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
  • Interacting and coordinating and to handle the registration team to register the sample before reaching the Lab.
  • Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
  • Negotiate, verify contracts, and monitor contract fulfilment.
  • Supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing.
  • Cost elimination or optimization. Project management and budgeting for the logistic operations.
  • Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes.
  • Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
  • Implement schedule and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
  • Develop criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, and contracts for Logistics programs.
  • Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
  • Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources.
  • Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of samples.
  • Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes.

Professional Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English & Local Language(Kannada)
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Should have good knowledge on Geographical area of Banaglore
  • Flexible to travel to client place

Qualifications Required:


  • Graduation-Any Degree
  • Experience: 3-6 years
