  • Skilled in social media recruiting to engage and attract passive candidates creatively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and connect with prospective candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and organize candidate data seamlessly.
  • Adept at candidate relationship management, fostering positive interactions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of interview scheduling tools to coordinate interviews and streamline the hiring process.
  • Ability to perform market research for talent acquisition, keeping up with industry trends and needs.
