Isoftronics is seeking a Junior Freelance Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves utilizing recruiting expertise to identify and attract top talent, supporting our IT services and consulting team effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques to streamline the candidate sourcing process efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through various job boards, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in social media recruiting to engage and attract passive candidates creatively (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and connect with prospective candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and organize candidate data seamlessly.
• Adept at candidate relationship management, fostering positive interactions throughout the recruitment process.
• Knowledge of interview scheduling tools to coordinate interviews and streamline the hiring process.
• Ability to perform market research for talent acquisition, keeping up with industry trends and needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches using Boolean techniques to identify potential candidates for various roles.
