  • Returns Management:
  • Oversee the entire returns process, from receiving returned products to processing refunds, exchanges, or repairs. 
  • Inventory Control:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring returned items are properly identified, assessed, and either restocked or disposed of according to company policy. 
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to returns, providing clear and helpful communication. 
  • Policy Compliance:
  • Ensure all returns processes adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. 
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in the returns process, implementing strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs. 
  • Data Analysis:
  • Track and analyze return data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, customer service) and external vendors regarding returns. 
  • Reverse Logistics:
  • Manage the return of defective or damaged items to vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective returns. 
  • Reporting:
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Strong understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness are crucial for managing returns and maintaining accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to returns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience: Previous experience in returns management, warehouse operations, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is often preferred.
