Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
• Manage and motivate the plant workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Production Management:
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the plant.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in injection molding technology and best practices.
• Financial Performance:
• Manage the plant budget and ensure that operations are conducted within budget constraints.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, such as production output, quality, and costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of plant personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of plant personnel.
