Job Overview

Ironhill India, the World's Largest Microbrewery, is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Barista
• Proficiency in coffee and espresso preparation
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
• Skills in milk steaming and frothing
• Ability to create latte art
• Passion for the food industry and excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and meticulousness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in barista training is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Ensure consistent quality in coffee preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions
• Recommend and upsell additional products, such as pastries or snacks
• Stay updated with current coffee trends and techniques
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in training and mentoring new Baristas
