Liaising with in-house and third-party logistics teams for creatives

Come up with creative ideas for marketing led events to grow the brand and increase venue footfall and revenue and aligning this with the objective of brand building.

 

Manage events from ideation to execution.

Initiate and organize meetings between external event organizers and the team.

· Build out a timeline for an event from the start to finish. Understand fully the event details and requirements

 

· Be the timeline gatekeeper for all departments and keep them accountable to deadlines, communicating clearly to each department their respective requirements and responsibilities for the full life cycle of events.

 

· Be the main point of contact for all divisions within the company, as well as with any external event organizers.

 

· Run events/ marketing plan by being present in-person to ensure all arrangements are carried out smoothly and be able to solve issues during the event (logistical/technical).

 

· Build positive, lasting relationships with event partners for potential repeat business.

 

· Stay abreast of large corporate/social events on a regular basis, and secure opportunities for company.

 

Marketing

 

Ideate on digital marketing campaigns and traditional marketing campaigns

· Be a positive brand advocate in everyday interactions with clients and customers.

· Curate and execute on marketing content to be displayed within our venue.

 

Qualifications

 

F&B industry experience will be an added advantage

 

Experience with curating events at F&B venues is an added bonus

 

Fluency in English

 

2-5 years' events and marketing experience.

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Ability to Execute – takes on responsibility to see things through and keeps others accountable to do the same.

 

· Adaptable – is happy to wear different hats, be flexible and deal with challenges in an agile manner, and who goes above and beyond their job scope to ensure success in the role.

 

· Creative – who comes up with new ideas on how to secure new events or curates new events

 

· Charismatic and confident – able to secure events, whilst also knowing how to push back on certain demands/requests.
