We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager of Outdoor Catering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong background in the catering industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and close deals, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and targets
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Work with the catering team to develop menus and pricing strategies
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
• Attend events and trade shows to promote the company's services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the catering industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
