Job Overview

We are seeking a Gen AI Trainer Consultant to join our dynamic team at Irizpro Learning Solutions. This is a remote position with a mid-level role, and candidates must have 4-6 years of relevant experience. The consultant will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective training sessions on generative AI technologies, transforming learning experiences across various domains.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise with transformers and ability to apply this knowledge in training sessions. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, especially within generative AI contexts, to help elevate learners' understanding. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience working with OpenAI GPT models and effectively explaining their applications and limitations. (Mandatory skill)
• Working knowledge of PyTorch for building deep learning models tailored to specific training objectives.
• Competency in TensorFlow to design and optimize training models for a variety of applications.
• Understanding of natural language processing to facilitate expert-level training on NLP-oriented AI solutions.
• Experience in reinforcement learning to design AI-driven training methodologies that adapt to participant responses.
• Familiarity with BERT for language representation models, enhancing learners' capability in AI-driven communication technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop curricula and training materials focused on generative AI topics, ensuring that content is engaging and up-to-date.
• Conduct interactive sessions and workshops remotely, utilizing the latest methodologies in AI training.
• Assess participant engagement through our reporting systems and provide feedback and insights for improvement.
• Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into training materials and curriculum.
• Collaborate with learners to evaluate their expertise levels and provide customized paths for their skill enhancement.
• Provide post-training support and manage follow-up sessions to ensure retention and application of skills learned.
• Work closely with the Irizpro team to refine training strategies and implement best practices.
• Contribute to business growth by leveraging expertise to build a robust training portfolio.
