Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at IREIE. This is a remote, part-time position located in Chandigarh, Mohali, Kharar, Patiala, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective sales strategies while handling diverse client portfolios.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience with customer relationship management software to maintain and strengthen client interactions and data management (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills are essential for securing the best possible investment deals and ensuring client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies that align with market trends and organizational goals to drive revenue growth (Mandatory skill).
- Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough data analysis and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce to manage and optimize sales operations efficiently and effectively.
- Using lead generation tools to identify and cultivate potential clients, expanding the company's client base measurably.
- Understanding digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach potential investors through modern marketing channels.
- Adept at conducting market research to keep abreast of industry trends and develop strategies that address market demands.
