Job description:

Technical skills:

·        Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience

·        Sound knowledge and ability to handle training on .NET Full Stack Developer C#, ASP. Net, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web API and Angular

·        Ability to handle the New Hire Training and Lateral training too

·        Some exposure of the Development field

·        Comfortable handling client expectation setting/evaluation calls

·        Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques

·        Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Devise technical training programs according to organizational business unit requirements.

·        Produce training schedules and classroom agenda for all training sessions.

·        Determine course content according to objectives.

·        Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).

·        Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
