Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and techniques, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and techniques, including email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with website design and development, including UX/UI design and HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
