Profile:
1. Pitch the pockets/areas/localities for the business generation.
2. Create and assign sales executive as per the areas/ pockets.
3. Analyze the potential for booking Electric vehicle 2-wheelers.
4. To give training of the commodity/brochures/information to the sales executive.
5. Search for possible locations for IES Installation accordingly.
6. Handle and coordinate the bookings/enquires for the EV two wheelers.
Requirements:
1. Work with Marketing department on the lead generation for Electric vehicle two wheelers.
2. Coordinate with multiple teams for successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of current market scenario.
5. Good planning and organization skills.
6. A hunger for developing and maintaining own technical skills and disciplines.
7. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
8. Ability to handle the pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Attention to detail & Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Job Description:
1. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
2. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
3. Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
4. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
6. Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
7. Reach out to EV OEMs, Fleet Operators & Energy Operators regarding our product and for its orders.
8. Educating the OEMs/Dealers to encourage a switch to our product.
9. Tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
10. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
11. Sales of products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
