Job Description:
· Handle Front office management.
· Managing Front Desk including visitors, calls, and deliveries.
· Knowledge of Hotel & Travel Booking
· Tracking shipment/Courier online/over phone.
· Maintaining Visitor Register
· Co-ordination with Admin & HR Team
· Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
· Calendar Management -Boardroom/Conference room/Meeting room
· Greeting all visitors
· Transferring calls as necessary
· Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
· Assisting with mail as required
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
· Supervising Housekeeping staff
