Job Overview


We are looking for a Relationship Manager - Sales to join our team at InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our real estate services, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 0-5 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property buying process
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs
  • Promote and sell our real estate services, ensuring achievement of sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  • Stay updated on market trends and property developments to provide accurate information to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain a database of clients and leads
