Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Invest Mango. This is a full-time position located in Noida or Gurgaon, aimed at junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales related to our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about customer service and sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in CRM software to track and manage client interactions efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Experience with Salesforce for managing sales data and client information.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster client trust and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to facilitate favorable outcomes both for clients and the company.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team setting, adapting quickly to dynamic sales environments.
