Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in either Noida or Gurgaon. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to drive sales, foster team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across our offered real estate properties.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in lead generation and prospecting with a proven track record of sales success (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team leadership and mentoring to enhance team productivity (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of general insurance policies relevant to the real estate industry and how they impact sales.
  • Proficiency in life insurance products to provide customers with comprehensive property investment advice.
  • Expertise in residential properties, with the ability to match customer needs with suitable options efficiently.
  • Knowledge of luxury homes, allowing for targeted sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Experience in direct sales to maintain and expand a robust client base in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with clients and partners.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the designated regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and support their professional growth and development.
  • Coordinate with the portfolio management team to ensure seamless inquiry and site visit processes for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and post-sale customer support.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
