• Led a team of Min 10-12 Sourcing Executives, overseeing performance and ensuring efficient lead generation.

• Led the closing team, overseeing final negotiations and deal closures with clients and investors.

• Ensured a smooth transaction process, from initial inquiry to final booking, working closely with legal and CRM teams.

• Conducted high-level client meetings, addressing concerns, negotiating terms, and securing commitments.

• Optimized the closing process, reducing turnaround time and increasing deal conversion rates.

• Identified and onboarded high-performing channel partners, driving consistent sales growth.

• Managed digital marketing initiatives by convincing channel partners torun Meta ads and other digital campaigns, generating quality leads and bringing clients, with a commitment to delivering results.

• Supervised data collection and distribution for calling teams, improving lead conversion rates.

• Provided regular training sessions to the team, enhancing their sourcing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Strategically allocated market areas (beats) among team members for optimal coverage and lead generation.

• Collaborated with the sales and marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
