Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Andheri West, D N Nagar metro station

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred 

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining employee records. The role demands high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads

Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and induction

Employee Records & HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records 

Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, , and maintaining leave records

Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor laws)

Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures

Employee Engagement

Support organization of team-building activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions

Address basic employee queries related to HR policies or benefits

Payroll Coordination

Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement

Track attendance, leave, and overtime data

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in an HR role is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
