Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Guest Relations Specialist for our Mumbai Suburban location. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient and personalized service. The role involves managing client relations, understanding customer needs, and resolving any issues to ensure a seamless experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with customer relationship management systems to manage client data and interactions efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Cultural sensitivity to effectively engage with diverse clientele and tailor communication accordingly (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns swiftly and effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in conflict resolution to handle client disputes professionally and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong multilingual communication abilities to cater to a diverse client base, ensuring clear and effective exchanges.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and think on your feet to deliver the best customer service.
  • Attention to detail in terms of managing bookings, client preferences, and special requests.
  • Empathetic attitude towards clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and meet client expectations.
  • Gather client feedback to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts and records using CRM systems for streamlined service delivery.
  • Assist in organizing client events and meetings to foster relationships and promote company services.
  • Provide clients with up-to-date information on real estate market trends as part of their service package.
  • Act as a company representative to uphold the brand image, resolving any issues that may arise.
