Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the Mumbai Suburban area. As a full-time junior position, this role requires substantial interaction with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing schedules, emails, and documentation efficiently.
- Familiarity with handling multiline phone systems to direct calls and messages appropriately.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to engage with clients and staff effectively.
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain a high standard of customer focus in a busy environment.
- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Competence in accurately inputting and managing information as required.
- Conflict Resolution (Mandatory skill): Skill in managing and resolving any client or internal disputes that may arise.
- Attention to detail to ensure all client requests and documentation are handled accurately and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage and redirect incoming calls on a multiline phone system, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Schedule appointments and meetings effectively, coordinating with team members as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, along with proper office supplies inventory.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain relevant databases or documentation.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required, supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
- Efficiently resolve client grievances and ensure high-quality customer service is upheld.
- Implement and enforce office policies and company procedures to maintain a structured work environment.
