Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Non-IT Recruiter,
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Should be able to create and manage data for the requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment.
- Closing the requirement within timeline within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruitment (for exp) or MBA in HR(for fresher)
- Strong knowledge of non-IT job markets, recruitment techniques, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
