- Ability to write complex, high-performance SQL Server queries.
- Familiarity with ETL, event/error handling, auditing/logging using SSIS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, self-motivated, and team-working skills.
- Domain experience in health insurance and/or benefit administration is a plus.
