JOB ROLE : Customer Support Executive
LOCATION : Hyderabad
Salary : 12K-18K Per Month + Incentives up to 40K
ELIGIBILITY : Min. 12th pass
LANGUAGES : English / Hindi / Any Regional Languages.
SHIFT : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 10 AM – 7 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM
INTERVIEW : HR Round, Ops Round, Client Round.
REQ. SKILLS :
Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Customer Engagement, Spoken English and Hindi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the customer service process.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
4. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
10. Take the extra mile to engage customers
