Key Word: ServiceNow Developer( looking for Core Developer), ITSM Mandatory, should have 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Developer.

Job description

ServiceNow Developer role to work closely with functional consultants/product owners and team members to understand the stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis, design and development of product.

Work with the productowners to understand detailedrequirements and to own your codefrom design to delivery of high-quality product.

Core Competencies/Desired Skills:

· Hands on working experience in the ServiceNow platform in a developer capacity.

· Strong technical knowledge and experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules (Mandatory: ITSM).

· Experience in configuring client scripts, business rules, scheduled jobs, UI Policies, Notifications, ACLs, UI Macro, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Transform Maps and Data Sources

· Skilled in platform Configuration, building Service Catalog, Record Producers and other Admin Activities

· Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript.

· Knowledge in service now integration using REST API on modules like incident, service request, change, CMDB and other 3rd party integrations

· Hands-on experience in the implementation and configuration of Service Catalog.

· Service Portal design and intermediate level Configuration experience. Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows.

· Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow.

· Experience with CMDB/Asset Management preferred.

· Must have experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow.

· Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide API's.

Good to have:

· Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

· Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

· Agile experience and methodology

· Certified System Administrator •

· Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)and/or Certified Application Developer ( CAD)

· Good communication skills to facilitate discussions with team members and other stakeholders
