Summary:

HireEazy is a full-service RaaS (Recruitment as a Service company), providing clients on-demand contingency and retained recruiting services for IT and non IT industries across North America.


Only looking for candidates currently based in Bangalore or willing to attend in-person interviews in our Bangalore office.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome. On the Job Training Provided.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain and update employee records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise & update company policies.

·      Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment documents and PTO requests.

·      Publish and maintain job ads.

·      Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

·      Develop training and onboarding material

·      Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for)

  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on Team metrics.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Organize HR activities (e.g. help organize a job fair event and Fun Friday events)

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, HR & Operations Executive or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software such as Zoho.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • MBA in Human Resources or relevant field.

Any fresher (Female) with graduation degree or 1 year of experience in Admin/Recruiter role would be the right match. Salary range would be from 15-18K per month depending on experience/previous salary.
