Job Overview

We are seeking aTelesales Executive to join our team in Mohali on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+year of relevant work experience and will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, enhancing relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires flexibility, diligence, and excellent communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be proficient in CRM software, Salesforce, and cold calling (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in active listening, ensuring effective communication with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Proficiency in persuasion techniques, enabling successful influence and negotiation with potential clients.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills to manage and update customer records.
  • Solid understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Competence in customer relationship management to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle rejections and convert prospects into leads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers and present product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain records of calls, customer responses, and commercial activities.
  • Identify potential customers through lead generation techniques and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
  • Provide detailed information and explanations of services to clients, addressing queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management, summarizing performance metrics.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
