Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Deliver quality profiles in a time-bound manner.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred).

Strong understanding of technical job roles and terminologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with ATS or recruitment management tools is a plus.
