We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of 5–6 members, managing blueprint documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, directors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 SAP SD consultants.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain blueprint reports and related documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, directors, and project teams.
• Conduct regular meetings and ensure smooth communication among all involved parties.
• Handle requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation within the SAP SD module.
• Support and guide the team through project lifecycles and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of SAP SD-related deliverables.
• Provide status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Strong experience in blueprint documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of SAP professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with directors, business users, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
