Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in SAP PI/PO, CPI, and BTP (Mandatory skill), with hands-on configuration, development, and deployment experience in real-time business scenarios.
• Strong grasp of integration architecture concepts, design best practices, and an ability to evaluate integration requirements across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Experience with XML and related technologies to handle transformations, mapping, and data interchange formats within the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated expertise in IDoc configuration, troubleshooting, and optimizing communication processes between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Required to have extensive exposure in end-to-end SAP integration project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through go-live support.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities for identifying technical issues and delivering effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and clients for successful project delivery and requirements clarification.
• Must possess strong documentation skills to create technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and support materials for delivered integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently on project tasks, showing initiative for process improvements and technology evaluations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, CPI, and BTP based on detailed business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders to capture integration needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Configure and support various integration scenarios such as A2A, B2B, and cloud-based integrations within the SAP and hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Document technical designs, mapping specifications, and user manuals to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Participate in integration testing activities, bug fixing, performance optimization, and provide post-go-live support for integration interfaces.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP integration technologies and propose enhancements or innovations to improve business processes and technical efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and facilitating skill development within the group.
