Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sap Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Consultant for our Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural locations. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SAP ABAP programming and be a vital asset in optimizing and customizing SAP solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ABAP Programming is mandatory, showcasing strong coding and development skills in the SAP environment (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with OData Services is essential for enhancing SAP functionalities and delivering robust solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of SQL is required for efficient data management and handling within SAP systems (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in S/4HANA is required to effectively implement and optimize advanced SAP modules for improved business operations.
• Ability to design and develop Smart Forms for various business processes, ensuring effective communication and data presentation.
• Familiarity with SAP UI5 is necessary for delivering a superior user experience and utilizing the latest SAP tools and technologies.
• Expertise in RFC/BAPI for seamless integration and communication between SAP systems and external modules is required.
• Proficiency in SAP CDS Views for efficient data modeling and advanced analytics capabilities within SAP environments is necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code in SAP ABAP to support new features and enhance existing systems per specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams which includes business analysts and project managers to understand and document functional requirements.
• Design and implement OData services to expose SAP functionalities as required by project demands.
• Conduct unit testing and problem-solving for any program/module discrepancies to ensure smooth functioning of SAP applications.
• Optimize current SAP systems by implementing improvements and necessary customizations using the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Assist in the migration and integration of various SAP components to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Create comprehensive documentation of development tasks, changes, and processes for future reference and continued learning.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise in response to errors or performance issues experienced by users.
