Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a background in the travel industry. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth internal operations related to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, maintaining records, and communicating essential information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the availability of sales-related materials and equipment.
- Address customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain and organize both financial and non-financial data in electronic formats and generate relevant reports.
- Inform clients promptly about delays, updates, or issues.
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional materials or events.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
