Key Responsibilities:

Travel to manufacturing plants to observe processes and identify RPA opportunities

Collaborate directly with Plant VPs and Directors to understand business needs

Conduct feasibility analysis and create detailed process documentation

Translate business requirements into functional RPA specifications

Coordinate with the RPA development team to ensure successful implementation

Support UAT and deployment phases

Handle international travel for process discovery and stakeholder meetings

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with RPA background)

Strong understanding of automation tools and processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Willingness to travel internationally (as required)
