Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 7-10 years in RPA development, design, and implementation across various platforms.
• Strong expertise in using UiPath, which is a mandatory skill for this role, for automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere, which is a mandatory skill, for streamlining repetitive tasks.
• Experience as a Business Analyst to understand and document process flows efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced programming skills in Python for developing scalable and robust automation scripts.
• Competency in C# for implementing complex workflows and integration scenarios in RPA projects.
• Ability to perform API integration tasks to ensure seamless automation with existing systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL for database operations essential to any robust RPA solution.
• Knowledge in AI and Machine Learning for implementing intelligent and adaptive automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize automation needs based on business requirements.
• Develop process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD) for automated processes.
• Perform thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure flawless automation execution.
• Facilitate AI and Machine Learning integration to enhance automation efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for existing automation processes deployed across platforms.
• Provide L3/L2 level support and troubleshooting for any automation-related issues post-deployment.
• Train and mentor junior team members in RPA best practices and tool functionalities for capacity building.
