Industry: Tour And Travel ( DMCC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including itinerary planning, booking management, vendor coordination, and service delivery for B2B clients.
• Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, and tour operators) to ensure services are aligned with client requirements and quality standards.
• Provide high-level customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and vendor agreements.
• Identify areas for operational improvement, and suggest and implement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to DMCC regulations, industry standards, and health and safety guidelines.
• Key Requirements:
• Experience in operations within the travel or hospitality industry, ideally within a B2B outbound context.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage vendor and client relationships.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s travel and worldwide market.
• Language: Proficiency in English
