Job Description: Lead .NET Developer

Location: Gurugram(Hybrid)

Experience: 6+ years

Budget: ₹ 21 LPA

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.

·       Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).

·       Architect and implement solutions using either Microsoft Power Apps or Microsoft Power BI.

·       Collaborate on requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·       Ensure code quality, performance, and security.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues.

·       Contribute to process improvement.

·       Stay updated with relevant technologies.

·       Provide technical guidance on .NET and either Power Apps or Power BI.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.

·       6+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).

·       Proven experience in a lead role.

·       Strong proficiency in either Microsoft Power Apps or Microsoft Power BI.

·       Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.

·       Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server).

·       Good problem-solving and communication skills.
