Job Title: Java Developer – 7 Years of Experience

Location:  Pune, or Chennai (Hybrid Work Model)

Compensation: ₹1.3 LPM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 7 years of hands-on expertise in Java development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust Java applications.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Debug and resolve application issues to ensure seamless functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve application architecture.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant Java development experience.

Work Model:

• Hybrid setup with flexibility to work from  Pune, or Chennai offices.
